We're co-hosting a field trip with our fellow crime writers at the Rocky Mountain chapter of the Mystery Writers of America, or RMMWA. We'll hear from El Paso County Coroner Dr. Emily Russell-Kinsley and tour the county morgue, then convene nearby (optional) for a brunch to discuss what we've learned. We're capped at 20 so please RSVP as soon as possible!
Learn a bit about the historical connection between miniatures and forensic science, and then plan and execute your own tiny crime (scene)! Participants will be provided with a blank half-room, 3-4 pieces of furniture, and access to wallpaper, flooring, and an assortment of accessories.
If you have something specific you want to include in your room, feel free to bring it along!
